Raised in Corpus Christi, Christine has always found great joy through creativity. Her love of sewing began in childhood with her grandmother's notions and fabric stash. She would carefully choose items from her grandmother's sewing box to make the latest fashions for her dolls. This experience helped strengthen her bond with her grandmother and began a lifelong appreciation of beautiful textiles. Christine is happiest while in the midst of a creative project. When she’s not in the studio you can find her enjoying her two beautiful daughters, gardening, cooking, decorating or remodeling her home. Christine has been sharing her treasured fabric stash with her students since 2011. They are now teaching her all about trends in today's doll fashion. Christine loves sharing her passion for art with her students and welcomes you to visit the studio to nurture your creative spirit!
